In May 2019, seven students (Cheng Qian, Wei Yi, Zuo Jinghan, Yao Xunjie, Wang Lei, Tan Shengdong, Wei Juntian ) in Gong Group took part in the Challenge Cup National College Students Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Competition with the project Study on Cathode Material Properties of Lithium-Sulfur Battery Based on Ultra-thin Two-dimenson Layered MoO₃ Nanobelts. They stood out of the mass-election among more than sixty teams in school and made it one of the thirteen representative teams of Beihang University. After the final presentation in Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture on 1st June, the team was awarded with the first prize. Congratulations!
